Very serious cooling issues CURRENT/STABLE

never had cooling issues with FreeBSD before. I attached my dmesg and sysctl for hw.acpi, dev.acpi_ibm, and dev.cpu for both machines. I don't think the latter three pieces of information will be useful but I could be wrong. Let me know if there is any other information I can
