What is wrong?
Why will it work on 4.2-RELEASE but not 4.2-STABLE?

Okay, I found the problem. I seemed to have gotten a extra COPTFLAGS in the
bottom of my make.conf with some weird opts. So the
I have recently freed up a couple partitions on my hard drive. I would like
to expand the FreeBSD partition. Is this possible?

It seems from FreeBSD version 4.5 on I am unable to alias IP addresses to a
NIC card if the IP I am trying to alias has the same netmask as the
previously bound IP.
I get nothing but a file exists error from ifconfig.
I have been doing this since 3.4 so Im wondering what has changed.
