We've been troubled by "Fatal trap 12"'s for a little
while now. The machine was running 4.6 perfectly, until
I decided to try a cvs up to RELENG_4_6 about a week ago.
Then it started to crash alot, we went back to RELENG_4.

Trying to install FreeBSD on one of the older dual cpu pentium pro
machines we have and it always seem to freeze up around when it's
supposed to wait 15 seconds for the scsi devices to settle.
Tried to boot both 4.5 and 4.6.2 release cd's boot no luck. Linux boots
and shows the scsi subsy
When booting with boot -v -s as someone nicely suggested.. this is the
last line:
(noperiph:ahc0:0:-1:-1): SCSI bus reset delieverd. 0 SCBs aborted.

But are there any progress on the problems that are forcing us to run
the kernel compiled with the following options:
