I have Apache 1.3 server running on 4.9-STABLE. It processes requests to
plain html files located on mounted NFS filesystem.

As I posted before, these snapshots can't be build anymore due to
insufficient harddrive space on the server.

Someone ougtta fix this.

It won't help much. The problem is most probably the same I tried
to discuss last summer.

the acregmin/acregmax/acdirmin/acdirmax options to mount_nfs.
