I'm trying to get a PCI-express add-in parallel port card working with
7.0-STABLE, and after trying the following, I'm unable to get it to
attach to the ppc bus. The card has a "MosChip NM9805" chip. Motherboard
is an ASUS P5E64 WS. (which of course has no on-board parallel port).

installed the mod_perl2 port.
And I added to the httpd.conf:
LoadModule perl_module libexec/apache2/mod_perl.so
PerlModule Apache2
Alias /perl/ /data/chroot/www/perl/
SetHandler perl-script
PerlResponseHandler ModPerl::Registry
PerlOptions +ParseHeaders

Be careful, the mod_perl2 API was changed nea
Hi,
I installed the mod_perl2 port.
I added to the httpd.conf:
PerlModule Apache2
Alias /perl/ /data/chroot/www/perl/
SetHandler perl-script
PerlResponseHandler ModPerl::Registry
PerlOptions +ParseHeaders
Options +ExecCGI
But nothing happens, the server cannot find the modules:

Plus extra stuff that wasn't removed because you didn't first 'adopt'
your ports tree as described in that faq.

I just did cvsup on ports collection. So I have the lastest patches in
the ports tree.
One thing, is ports collection same for 4.10 and 5.3 releases ?? or

While installing expat2 port,I got the following error. I am running
FreeBSD 4.10-RELEASE-p2.
#make install clean
===> Patching for expat-1.95.8
===> Applying FreeBSD patches for expat-1.95.8
Ignoring previously applied (or reversed) patch.

After having CVSup'd 2 different machines to RELENG_4 over the last
12 hours and encountered the same problem I'm guessing it's a minor
CVS problem.
Each time I run CVSup I see the following:
Updater failed: Cannot delete "/usr/ports/www/jakarta-tomcat/files" Directory not
