Hi Brossin,
The drivers are working fine for me. My /etc/X11/XF86Config is
exactly as xf86config would generate it for my GeForce4 Ti4400, but I
uncommented 'load "glx"' and switched the Driver in the Device section to
"nvidia" along with doing the regular switch of the mouse driver to auto

Its not worrying, its expected.
Our port has patches that have not yet been contributed back to the
XFree86 CVS tree.
