I wonder, what is the status of the ULE scheduler? Is it supposed to work at
all?
I upgraded my -stable system some time ago and it started to hang at the end
of the boot process, right before the mounting of the root device. I found
out that the immediate cause was a change
in /usr/

Looks like the kernel configuration and dmesg where removed from my post; I
guess I violated the attachment policy.
I put them on a webserver instead:

Hi,
Last night when I was asleep my FreeBSD workstation suffered a kernel panic
and did a coredump. The panic occurred at 3.02 AM, that is one minute after
the start of the daily script (coincidence?).
The only "unusual" thing I have been doing before the panic was that I was
playing with a 1G
