Hi,
I thought I'd share some difficulties I've had upgrading from 11 to 12.
* Java 1.8 seems unstable - I've been doing a bit of Scala dev today, and
the JVM seems somewhat unstable. SBT is crashing with the following fairly
regularly. I'm pretty sure I've rebuilt it since the upgrade.

Same, FreeBSD update doesn't seem to be working:
$ sudo freebsd-update upgrade -r 12.0-BETA2

I did a freebsd-update to RC2 yesterday evening. On rebooting with the new
kernel, my zfs mounts were not present.
In single user mode, the zfs command was core dumping. Fix was to copy
/boot/kernel.old to /boot/kernel
Backtrace is not super useful I think:

I tried your patch on an Asus Z170-Deluxe on 11-RELEASEt and aibs did
not seem to pick up anything before or after. Not 100% what sensors
this board has.

Hi,
I get the following when I run portupgrade and it tries to hit the
network for a package on stable. It looks like something has been
broken in ath? Seeing as I don't update very often it could have been
around for a while. Kernel is GENERIC.
Modules are kernel, snd_ich, sound, aio and

(via bktr driver) and attempt to play the brilliant Burnout 3 via my monitor

in this game), the screen started to show signs of interlac
