I think that SATA-300 isn`t required if you have cl
fter installation BTX loads /boot/loader just fine. But thanks for your

the mobo is newest since buy(so
no reflashing by me). Sometimes freebsd boots correctly (don`t know what
it will cause - it`s unpredictible), but then after let`s say 5 minutes
freezes (no kbd && mouse response).
Any ideas about how to get it boot correctly?!

I`ve empty HDD - /dev/ad1. My system(freebsd of course:) is on /dev/ad0.
I want to move completly my freebsd 5.4 installation from ad0 to ad1.
Couse I don`t want to mess up something, is there some way how I can
safely do this ?

I`ve got one simple question: if i`ve built packages on my freebsd
5.3-RELEASE system, do I need to rebuilt them again for 5.4-RELEASE
(after downloading && compiling from sources) ?

mount -t msdos /dev/ad1sX /mnt/X (x >= 5)
