both snd_pcm.ko and
snd_maestro3.ko by doing ``make'' in each of /sys/modules/sound/pcm and
/sys/modules/sound/driver/maestro3 followed by ``make install''.

Please send the output of 'pciconf -lv' and 'pnpinfo'. It might be there's
some glue which isn't supported by newpcm.
