After upgrdae my FreeBSD box to latest -RELENG_4 I get it in all.log:
Mar 5 21:40:00 Eagle /USR/SBIN/CRON[803]: (root) CMD (/usr/libexec/atrun)
i.e. all cron-messages are writen in upper-case :-)
