It seems to be working now thanks. At first I got a binary incompatible error
when I ran service nginx configtest. I realized after that I needed to run
configure with the same options that nginx is configured with on the Prod box.
I copied the output of nginx -V to configure and ran again. The
Fantastic. Thanks so much for clarifying. I just thought that if the port
installed, that should have taken care of that module. And thanks also for
pointing out that document.
