Hi guys.
I'm not pretty sure is this is the correct list but here we go.
I have a intel dp45sg with RAID 5 on 4 hard drives of 160 gb each and
FreeBSD 7.0-p5.
It was working fine until two hours ago, the last message on the
console after the server got frozen was "ad8 Detached" or somethin

Hello,
I just recently purchased two new Supermicro servers:
SYS-6025B-3R
SYS-6015B-3R
Both of these have an Adaptec AIC-9410 SAS controller in them, that is
apparently not detected (or supported?) by FreeBSD (amd64) (7.0 or 7.1
RC1)
Is there any way to get FreeBSD to detect this controller

Hi!
I ran into a problem with programs exec:ed by print/acroread8 picking
up Linux libraries and thus failed to run. This includes the print
program in the print dialogue and the browser configured in
edit/preferences/internet.
The reason is that the acroread launch script sets LD_LIBRARY_PATH

FWIW, we have some IBM servers which feature an iir(4) too and they are
unusuable on >=7.0 - the iir(4) does not initialize correctly anymore.
I don't have details since I am
