Portupgrade Install Error:
/usr/ports/lang/ruby22/
Config Settings:

CAPIDOCS=off: Build and install C API documents
DEBUG=off: Build with debugging support
DOCS=off: Build and/or instal
With the upgrade of default Ruby to 2.0,
there should be a note in UPDATING to remove converters/ruby-iconv.

Not a great time to bump the default version of Ruby!
I have not been able to build rubygem-cairo since the 1.12.9 update.
Was building fine previously.
Upgraded to Ruby 2.0, as it is now the default.
Set make.conf DEFAULT_VERSIONS=ruby=2.0
and portupgraded ruby\*
rubygem
