Memory problems

Hi i'm using FBSD 5.3-p5 and i having problems since 5.3, my memory is been fulled swap too but swap isn't been released, i always having some garbage on swap, and main memory is always partially occupied. How could i solve this ? -- Thanks & Regards Luís Vitório Cargnini Bsc. Co
