Hi,
I have my sound card setup, and it works ok.. but the
volume is to high/loud. I tried setting the volume
lower with the "mixer" command, but it didnt change
the volume (even though it changed the setting). Heres
my sound card info from dmesg:
pcm0: port 0xbc00-0xbcff irq 11 at device
17.5 on
So I finally got up the courage to try FreeBSD... I
got some CDs from osdisc.com, but my computer cant
boot of off CDs (its just too old).. anyone know where
i can find the boot floppies?
