Greetings!
I'm relatively new to FreeBSD and am having a bit of trouble getting
Xorg up and running on my laptop.
I've searched the handbook, FAQ, Google, and FreeBSD newsgroups to no
avail. After following the handbook instructions to set up an xorg.conf
file (the command xorg -configure actuall

Hello All!
Well, I was finally able to get Xorg up and running at full screen
however, I seem to have this peculiar problem. While I can move my mouse
around in the window, I cannot use any of the mouse buttons. Now, I have
not set up a Window Manager yet (will be setting up KDE as soon as I can

Hello all!
So, I've run into an interesting snag that I just can't seem to figure
out.
I've gotten 5.3 up and running and installed Xorg and KDE. I spent some
time in KDE playing around and when I came out by "logging out" it
dropped me to the command prompt but I couldn't type anything. I've

Hello all!
Can anyone shed some light on why FreeBSD 5.3-release would identify my
USB 2.0 wireless mouse as a wireless keyboard and how I might begin to
solve this problem? When I plug it in I get:
Ukbd0: wireless inc tw wireless usb device, rev 1.10/10.01, addr 2,
iclass 3/1
Kbd1 at ukbd0
Uhid0
out except this one and my sound card (I'm
using a laptop and things are kinda sketchy).
Thanks,
