statvfs.h is a new header in 5.x, as are the statvfs() and fstatvfs()
functions prototyped in that header file.
Basically
spiderman# find / -name statvfs.h -print
spiderman#
comes up empty.

I am trying to load a webmin module and it needs some perl modules and one
filesys::statvfs needs the header file
statsvfs.h and I donthave it.
