'make config' again and DESELECT the DHCP_LDAP_SSL

the isc-dhcp3-server port comes with it's own version of the ip.h and
ip_icmp.h files. these can be found, once the ports source is
extracted, in "work/dhcp-3.0.2/includes/netinet/". the use of the
ON.

and I updated the ports, but that didn't help.
