Have you tried "freebsd-update -r 7.0-RELEASE upgrade"?
I am not sure it makes a difference, but at any rate, as far as I know,
this is the right syntax.

My apologies to the list.
Mail.app and Gmail IMAP don't play well together.
Apparently every time Mail.app auto saves a draft copy, gmail sends the email.
That's bad.
