Did you disable the onboard SCSI in the PC bios before booting FBSD? You have never said where you got your FBSD install CD from. If you downloaded the 4.6-min.iso, did you run the checksum against it before you burned it to CD? I have had bad install CD's that I built myself using the downloaded
