When trying to copy a mailbox that has some large attachements.
I found on
that I needed to set kern.maxdsiz="1024M" in my
/boot/loader.conf to fix this problem, but when I do that then my system
hangs when trying to mount the drive.
Does anyone have any ideas of how to fix this memory problem?

his has had me confused
because in the FreeBSD handbook it talked about the scripts here would
all end in .sh, but none of them do. The way that it read, if there was
an '.sh' file in '/usr/local/etc/rc.d' then that script would be run at
bootup.
