I had my wheel working in 4.6, but it's not working in 4.7. I haven't
tried to fix it. This info in the faq's might help you, though.

I had this happen to me once. ipfw may be set to deny everything. You'll
probably need to make rules allowing whatever traffic you want in and out.
Try the man pages. They are useful. :)
