is now resolved. Thank you for your

As you can see it's a RealTek ethernet
card. It worked well on 5.1 though,
any ideas on how I could fix the problem?

You could force deinstallation using
'pkg_delete' with the '-f' switch.
pkg_delete -f your_package
Be sure to check pkg_info incase
you have doubts on the correct name
of your package.

unsuccessfully tried loading
a new kernel from cvs, which gave up
and panicked.
Can someone give me an advice on
this? I'm really puzzled and stuck.

I don't know how, but installing XFree86-libraries-4.3.0_6
resolved my problem with DRI

Hi,
I can't mount my USB CD-RW. I have umass, scbus and da
modules compiled; dmesg shows:
umass0 LaCie USB Mass STORAGE, rev 1.00/2.00, addr 3
whenever I turn the device on. 'camcontrol devlist'
doesn't give any output and 'cdrecord -scanbus' fails.
Im very puzzled
