Sorry, I can't remember. I know it helps sometimes me and also solved problems
in the FreeBSD-Forum. But I can everytime reopen this PR, if an issue appears

For me it is a "welll" known "problem". Several py27 ports does not find
(mostly one) file. If the error message or the path is include the word pyo -
nearly every time it helps to reinstall py
