I'm having a problem building rails with ruby 1.9. It seems to depend on
'rubygem-rake' but that is apparently to be included with ruby 1.9. See
below.

I believe this problem is fixed in gnome-keyring 2.26.1. FWIW, the GNOME
SSH agent is part if gnome-keyring.
