ports/x11/nvidia-driver-9xxx: new 9639 version

I successfully used /usr/ports/x11/nvidia-driver-9631/Makefile to install the 9639 version. I just appended a "EXTRA_PATCHES=" line. Maybe it's time to update to the latest legacy version at ttp://www.nvidia.com/object/unix.html So far, my GeForce2 MX 100/200 is running ok =) Cheers, Igh __
