A bunch of fixes to rtg, most importantly making it work with modern
perl, were committed to the ports tree in rev 484406, but immediately
reverted. Can we get that patch reopened, since the port is pretty
broken without it.

The x11-fonts/mkfontscale port has been updated and x11-fonts/mkfontdir
has been merged into this port. When upgrading from ports (as opposed
to using packages), such as when using portmaster or similar, ensure
that mkfontdir is rem
