There is nothing about this in either the UPDATING or MOVED files. Has this
port actually been removed and if so, why?

I just noticed that tobik@ set the port
[deprecated](https://svnweb.freebsd.org/ports?view=revision&revision=482496).
If it's okay I'll take the maintainership and try to revamp all the translation
gradually.
