I tried to build poudriere-devel on a BPI-M3 and indirectly
it leads to perl5 trying to build, perl5.24 in my context.
(security/ca_root_nss needs perl.)
During that perl5.24 build it reported:

I am a bit stumped.
I just realized that those libTK** files are installed insto
${STAGEDIR}/${PREFIX}/lib/libTK***.so
The question is how do I set cmake options to link to those shared
libraries installed into that directory?
