If you not want to install cmake-gui, comment out line 63 in the Makefile:
63 #${RM} ${WRKSRC}/Help/manual/cmake-gui.1.rst
(But now you can't install cmake-gui this will conflicting the manpage).
Or you compile it with options DOCS and MANPAGES set to off.

Something has crashed, but it's not clear what. Can you add --verbose to
CONFIGURE_ARGS in devel/cmake/Makefile and rebuild? Do you get any core
dumps with this crash?
