the script detects @pkgdep record without argument
and deletes it from the +CONTENTS file in the /var/db/pkg/* directory

as part of my upgrade of Roundcube to 0.5, I came to the new listed
dependency on PECL extension pecl-intl.
As stated in PHP manual
http://www.php.net/manual/en/intl.requirements.php:
