The port multimedia/ffmpeg-devel does not build if x264 is installed
or WITH_X264 is defined.
x264.c: In function 'X264_init':
x264.c:151: error: structure has no member named 'b_cbr'
I tested this on two Releng_6 machines, with all ports except for
ffmpeg-devel up to date.
