Hi! You might know, that autoconf 2.60 was released and more and more projects uses it. There is one important change in 2.60 - mandir and infodir now point by default to ${prefix}/share/man and ${prefix}/share/info accordingly, that differs slightly from FreeBSD mtree. So we need to add --mandir
