Ok, answering to myself. It was because of
NOPORTDOCS=yes
NOPORTEXAMPLES=yes
I got this on one of my machines (9.0-RELEASE):
=> bsdadminscripts-6.1.1.tar.gz doesn't seem to exist in
/usr/ports/distfiles/.
=> Attempting to fetch
