ISC-DHCP versions are all the same

Hi, I was trying to install isc-dhcp40-server, it installs fine, but when i do a pkg_info, its isc-dhcp3-server-3.0.5_2 The ISC Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol server. I also installed version 3.1, but it still comes up with the same thing. I took a look at the make files and the dist files,
