In attempting to update texlive, I ran into a problem that is
addressed by UPDATING note 20141214. Following the note I ran:
# pkg delete -f tex-kpathsea texlive-base
and then attempted to install the new versions using portmaster.
tex-kpathsea installed, but texlive-base didn't due to a fail

When I went to build xbindkeys with Tcl support, I noticed it was
trying to install Tcl8.4, which is quite old. Since I already have
Tcl 8.5 and Tcl 8.6 installed, installing Tcl8.4 seemed to be a waste.
I edited the Makefile to replace references to 8.4 with 8.5, and it
seems to build correctly
I've belatedly noticed that a port I use (x11-toolkits/ruby-fox16) no
longer exists, reason being: "Has expired: RubyForge shutdown May 15
2014". What do I need to do to get it back?
