Just to let you know the cups-base port won't compile if neither avahi
nor mdnsresponder option is selected.
Please find attached the small patch to fix this.

Just to let you know the current port of emacs-nox11 (and probably
emacs) doesn't compile on FreeBSD-10.0/sparc64 target and relates to
patch-src_sysdep.c. Once applied, the src.sysdep.c files looks like:

Populating /etc/resolv.conf helps resolving this, but a core dump
isn't that so nice and won't help without a debugger since no error
mess

Just to let you know I did a portupdate on my FreeBSD 9.0 machine and
then updated the sbcl port (sbcl-1.0.55.0,1); it fails building if
config set the pdf documentation option.
