I was just trying to build emulators/hercules and was told that it is broken as
it is unfetchable. The source for versions 3.11 and (the most recent) 3.12 are
fetchable from http://downloads.hercules-390.eu/hercules-3.11.tar.gz and
http://downloads.hercules-390.eu/hercules-3.12.tar.gz
