This has not had any negative effect on any of the operations that I have used
ImageMagick for but thought I would get this out there to see if there is
something I might have missed or maybe there is something missing upon install.
This has gone on repeatedly since 6.5.* versions repeatedly.

The pre-8 FreeBSD systems do not know carg(), my tinderbox didnt
discover this.
It is now fixed with a patch by replacing carg(x) with
atan2(cimag(x),creal(x))
