install fails because / is not writeable

Once in a while a port fails to upgrade, because it wants to write something in /etc. E.g. perl into /etc/make.conf or other ports into /etc/group. On my systems / is normally a read only mount. These ports build fine during a portupgrade and fail during install, leaving most of the port install

Hello. I use the [EMAIL PROTECTED] client on a machine which runs mostly unattended so it would be a hassle to start it manually after each boot. Therefor I went ahead and created a rc.d script for it. It is attached to this mail. I thought it could be useful enough to be included in the port.
