Hello,
I'm using FreeBSD 12.1-STABLE. After restarting multicast routing daemon,
daemon can't start with this error: "Failed adding VIF 1 (MRT_ADD_VIF) for
iface em1: Address already in use". pimd tries to disable all vifs from
kernel (shown in output below) but still throws same error.

I'd want to say that if it's non-Intel and/or non-iflib, then the problem isn't

This could be I217-LM (em) specific or different flaw which came out after
upgrade. Other 1G NICs like I219-LM (em) and I350 (igb) are initialising fine
on 1
