I have successful setup a openvpn network all clients can reach outside and
lan,
but the server cant reach the clients.

server 10.8.1.1/24
clients 10.8.1.2-130/24

Hi all,
Last time we checked this also affected 11.0. Unfortunately, there multiple
issues at play here:
The FreeBSD em(4) driver under 10.3+ has this bug, and the Intel 7.6.2 driver
fixes this on
