NFS client and server set up
client is doing this:
tar cf - /path/to/nfs/mount | tar -xvf -
idiot sysadmin (me) does this on client:
kldload ipfw
Now since the default ruleset is to deny everything, the client
locks up spewing 'nfsd send error
