Hi,
I've tested ng_eiface/ng_bridge work with VNET &. RSS. It's passed.
But I'm not sure ng_eiface/ng_bridge weather or not get burst with
RSS-enabled kernel. And seems that the bug is surely related to the
epair driver.

Vnet jail, then found in these jail, 'ping 8.8.8.8' works as normal, and
