Well, I haven't had a chance to switch cards, but on an interesting side
note, none of my other wireless clients will connect after hostapd freezes.

Pro. After a few minutes, hostapd freezes and the sta will not reconnect at
all. Odd. I think i may switch cards and see if it helps.
