The failures are seen in basic Neighbor Discovery and Address
Selection. The tests are
not posted any where, but I can forward the report to you private once verified.

The main reason for this delay is because I am suspending RADIX_MPATH related
work at the moment, and focusing on fixing IPv6 code instead.
