Problem in TCP initialisation of cwnd

Hello, My name is Toni Soueid and I'm currently working on a project in which I have to analyse the behavior of FreeBSD TCP. I'm running FreeBSD 4.2-STABLE (which I got from a Magazine CD), and I'm analysing the TCP with various tools. One thing that shocked me is that a TCP connection in FreeBS
