Finally I figured out the problem.
The essential reason for this weirdness was that the kernel did not
set the in_conninfo.inc_isipv6 member of a PCB entry correctly. As a
result of this, once a cached route stored in the PCB has become
invalid, the kernel would try to get a new route with an AF

Since the upgrade from 4.4 to 4.5 I have problems with my
IPv6-over-v4-tunnel towards the freenet6-servers.
The tunnel-setup goes fine, I can ping everything without a problem.
But when I open an interactive session, after a short time weird
things happen. The TCP-session itself goes
