Thanks for the hint, currently I don't want to replace the NIC with
other one, maybe a new server sometime.

A quick update..
I gave false information, because only one FBSD host has this problem
which has "em" interface. The two others has "xl" and "bce" which work
fine. Maybe it's an em driver bug?
